11May08 activity

WOOOOOO HOOOOO ... two of my fastest miles ever today.

routine:
1 mile walk/run
10 push ups
15 flys on ball
15 shoulder press on ball
15 'skull crushers' on ball

repeat once
then 5.5 miles on the bike ... not bad for my first real time back to the gym ... this is the first work out where i've included weights.
